Nutrition Packed Smoothie Ideas for the Fall

A great way to start the day

Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Unsweetened Non Dairy Milk (Coconut, Almond, Cashew)
  • 1/4 cup Almond Yogurt
  • 2 scoops GBX Protein Vanilla
  • 2 scoops GBX SeedFiber
  • 1/2 Can Pureed Pumpkin (Not pumpkin pie)
  • 2 Tbs Nut Butter (No added ingredients except nuts)
  • 1 Banana
  • Sprinkle of Pumpkin Pie Spice or Cinnamon or Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:

Blend all together on high speed. If you want it extra cold add ice cubes or use a frozen
banana. Pour it in a glass and enjoy.

Gremlin Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Unsweetened Non Dairy Milk (Coconut, Almond, Cashew)
  • 2 scoops GBX Protein Vanilla
  • 2 scoops GBX SeedFiber
  • 1/2 Can Pureed Pumpkin (Not pumpkin pie)
  • 1 Banana
  • Handful of spinach and kale
  • 2 Tbs Organic Honey Raw or Pure Maple Syrup
  • Sprinkle of Pumpkin Pie Spice or Cinnamon or Nutmeg

Directions:

Blend all together on high speed. Pour it in a glass and enjoy.

Drink It Pink Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Unsweetened Non Dairy Milk (Coconut, Almond, Cashew)
  • 2 scoops GBX Protein Vanilla
  • 2 scoops GBX SeedFiber
  • 1 Pink Lady Apple (any apple will do)
  • 1 Red Beet
  • 2 Tbs Organic Honey Raw
  • Sprinkle Cinnamon or Nutmeg

Directions:

Blend all together on high speed. Pour it in a glass and enjoy.
Optional add ins: Flaxseed, Hempseed, pitted dates, oatmeal, avocado
