Nutrition Packed Smoothie Ideas for the Fall
A great way to start the day
Pumpkin Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Unsweetened Non Dairy Milk (Coconut, Almond, Cashew)
- 1/4 cup Almond Yogurt
- 2 scoops GBX Protein Vanilla
- 2 scoops GBX SeedFiber
- 1/2 Can Pureed Pumpkin (Not pumpkin pie)
- 2 Tbs Nut Butter (No added ingredients except nuts)
- 1 Banana
- Sprinkle of Pumpkin Pie Spice or Cinnamon or Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Blend all together on high speed. If you want it extra cold add ice cubes or use a frozen
banana. Pour it in a glass and enjoy.
Gremlin Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Unsweetened Non Dairy Milk (Coconut, Almond, Cashew)
- 2 scoops GBX Protein Vanilla
- 2 scoops GBX SeedFiber
- 1/2 Can Pureed Pumpkin (Not pumpkin pie)
- 1 Banana
- Handful of spinach and kale
- 2 Tbs Organic Honey Raw or Pure Maple Syrup
- Sprinkle of Pumpkin Pie Spice or Cinnamon or Nutmeg
Directions:
Blend all together on high speed. Pour it in a glass and enjoy.
Drink It Pink Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Unsweetened Non Dairy Milk (Coconut, Almond, Cashew)
- 2 scoops GBX Protein Vanilla
- 2 scoops GBX SeedFiber
- 1 Pink Lady Apple (any apple will do)
- 1 Red Beet
- 2 Tbs Organic Honey Raw
- Sprinkle Cinnamon or Nutmeg
Directions:
Blend all together on high speed. Pour it in a glass and enjoy.
