Homemade Ice Cream | Quick, Easy and Healthy Too

Homemade Ice Cream

Base Ingredients:

1/2 c Milk of choice (almond, cashew, coconut etc)

1 1/2 c frozen fruit

1/2  Avocado

1-2 scoops **Protein Powder (flavor of your choice)

1/2 c ice

Directions:

Place ingredients in order listed in a high speed blender. Blend until creamy. You may need to add more milk if too thick.

Optional:

  • Additional ingredients: beets, frozen kale, frozen spinach, nut butters, the sky is the limit
  • Toppings: nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, shredded coconut, granola, GBX Seedfiber, GBX Superfood

  • Frozen mango & cherries, vanilla protein powder & avocado
  • Frozen mixed berries, frozen kale or spinach, vanilla protein powder & avocado
  • Frozen banana, almond butter, chocolate protein powder & avocado
  • Frozen cherries & mixed berries, vanilla protein powder & whole beet
