Homemade Ice Cream | Quick, Easy and Healthy Too
Base Ingredients:
1/2 c Milk of choice (almond, cashew, coconut etc)
1 1/2 c frozen fruit
1/2 Avocado
1-2 scoops **Protein Powder (flavor of your choice)
1/2 c ice
Directions:
Place ingredients in order listed in a high speed blender. Blend until creamy. You may need to add more milk if too thick.
Optional:
- Additional ingredients: beets, frozen kale, frozen spinach, nut butters, the sky is the limit
- Toppings: nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, shredded coconut, granola, GBX Seedfiber, GBX Superfood

- Frozen mixed berries, frozen kale or spinach, vanilla protein powder & avocado
- Frozen banana, almond butter, chocolate protein powder & avocado
- Frozen cherries & mixed berries, vanilla protein powder & whole beet
